When you'd use this
- Checking an app's declared permissions before installing it
- Reviewing an APK or IPA's version and package details
- Inspecting a mobile app package before distributing it internally
For Android, this decodes the compiled binary XML manifest directly (not just the more common plain-XML tools) and lists activities, services and receivers alongside permissions. For iOS, it reads Info.plist and surfaces every *UsageDescription key, which is how iOS apps declare why they want a given permission.
