Privacy Policy

Plainly stated, because it's the whole point of this site.

Files you use with a tool

Every tool on this site processes files entirely in your browser, using JavaScript running on your own device. A file you drop into a tool is read by your browser, never transmitted anywhere, and never touches a server — this site doesn't have a backend to send it to. When a tool "downloads" a result, that file is assembled locally in your browser and handed straight to your browser's own download mechanism.

A small number of tools load a third-party library (for example, a PDF rendering engine or a machine-learning model for background removal) from a public CDN the first time you use them. That download fetches the *tool*, not your file — your file is never part of that request, and most browsers cache the library afterwards so it isn't re-fetched every time.

What this site does collect

This is a static site with no account system, no server-side logging of what you do with any tool, and no analytics tracking your activity inside a tool. Your hosting provider may keep standard web server access logs (the kind almost every website generates) for the pages you request — that's infrastructure-level logging outside this site's control, not anything this site itself collects or uses.

Advertising

Some browsing/guide pages on this site (hub pages, guide pages, this page and others like it) reserve space for advertising. Ads never appear on an actual functional tool page — anywhere a file is dropped, processed, or generated — specifically so that the "nothing leaves your browser" promise on those pages is never shared with a third-party ad script. If and when an ad network is connected, this policy will be updated to describe it plainly.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies. A future ad network, if connected, may set its own — covered by the note above.

Changes to this policy

If this site's practices change — most likely, if an ad network is connected — this page will be updated to reflect that plainly, the same way the rest of this site tries to state things.
