When you'd use this
- Fixing inconsistent delimiters or encoding in a messy CSV export
- Cleaning up a spreadsheet export before importing it elsewhere
- Spotting malformed rows in a large CSV before they break an import
Uses a proper quote-aware parser — fields with embedded commas, quotes or newlines are handled correctly, not just split on the delimiter. Encoding is assumed to be UTF-8; unusual legacy encodings aren’t detected.
