Blur / Pixelate Image
Hide a face, a license plate, or anything else in a photo behind a blur or mosaic effect. Draw a box by hand around anything you want to cover, or try automatic face detection as a starting point — either way, you can adjust every box before applying.

When you'd use this
- Blurring bystanders' faces out of a photo before posting it publicly
- Hiding a license plate, address, or other identifying detail in a photo
- Censoring a sensitive part of a screenshot before sharing it
Automatic face detection is a helpful starting point, not a guarantee — it can miss faces at unusual angles, partly hidden, or in low light, and it needs to download a small detection model the first time you use it, so it may take a moment (or not be available at all without an internet connection). Always check the boxes it finds, and add or remove any by hand before downloading. This is applied directly to the image itself, not as a removable overlay — once downloaded, the covered area is genuinely gone from the file.
