Sketch File Viewer

Reads a Sketch design file's internal structure — pages, artboards, and a breakdown of layer types — without needing the Sketch app.

Why it exists

Being handed a .sketch file without owning Sketch (a macOS-only app) is common — this shows the file's structure regardless of platform.

How to use it

Drop a .sketch file. Pages, artboard names and a layer-type breakdown appear immediately.

Good to know

Read-only, and doesn't render the actual design — structure only. Covers the modern (JSON-based) .sketch format used since Sketch 43.
